
Daniel M. Killelea concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense. He has handled a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors through felonies - including homicides, sex offenses DWIs, white collar crimes and violent felony offenses.
Prior to joining Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, Mr. Killelea gained significant experience in the area of criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney in the Erie County District Attorney's Office. While serving as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Killelea became Coordinator of Operation IMPACT, an anti-street-gang crime fighting initiative. Mr. Killelea was also appointed a Special Assistant United States Attorney by the United States Attorney for the Western District of New York and was certified as a General Topics Instructor by the New York State Municipal Police Training Council.
