Racheal Irizarry concentrates her practice in the areas of Business/Corporate Law and Estate Planning.

Ms. Irizarry works primarily with closely held businesses and performs various transactions such as formation of business entities, purchase and sale of businesses, stock transfers, general contract matters and commercial finance transactions.  She also serves individuals in matters of estate planning.

Ms. Irizarry is fluent in Spanish.
